The Housing and Development Board (HDB) launched another Build-To-Order (BTO) project in Punggol on Thursday.
Punggol Residences offers 769 flats, comprising 615 units of 4-room flats and 154 units of 5-room flats. It is a premium contract with enhanced architectural designs, improved facades and better landscaping.
The flats will come with full finishes such as timber strip flooring for the bedrooms, ceramic floor tiles for the living and dining area, as well as matching wall and floor tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Prices range from S$264,000 to S$322,000 for the 4-room flats and from S$344,000 to S$409,000 for the 5-room flats.
HDB said these prices are below those of similar flats in the market and are affordable to first-time flat buyers.
The project is situated at the junction of Punggol Walk and Punggol Fields Road.
Applications for the new flats can be submitted online from Thursday till August 12.
