Greed isn’t good for property market

Source : Straits Times - 3 Mar 2009

I REFER to Sunday’s article, ”Flippers’ back at condo launches’.

It seems the recent case of a ‘flipping’ ERA agent has taught very little, with other ‘flippers’ emerging so quickly after that debacle.

While it makes sense to buy low and sell high, one should remember what happens to those who are greedy. I urge all property agents who may be asked by their customers to unethically ‘flip’ any property to keep their professional obligations in mind.

The real estate industry has received some bad press recently. We do not need any more.
